Dear Parents, Students, Alumni, and Invited Guests,
I am pleased to announce a special piano sale benefiting The Music Settlement on Thursday, May 30 through Sunday, June 2.
The Music Settlement participates in a piano loan program that provides new pianos for practice and performance at no charge to us through Mattlin-Hyde Piano Company’s Institutional Division. This program makes it possible for us to have outstanding quality pianos for our students. At the end of each year, these pianos are sold and replaced.
Pianos from The Music Settlement have been gathered and transferred to Mattlin- Hyde Piano Company where they will be sold at special institutional discounts rarely seen by the public.
The sale will include the allocated pianos along with a selection of new and used grands and verticals from the top brands in the industry including Kawai, Shigeru Kawai, Roland, Steinway, Knabe, Yamaha, Baldwin, and Hybrid pianos. Also available, is new technology for QRS Intelligent Player Piano Systems. In addition, The Music Settlement is releasing for sale several of our own pianos, with proceeds being applied to upgrade our programs.
Pianos will be offered to recipients of this letter before being offered to the general public. This is your first choice and best selection. All pianos have been professionally maintained. The Mattlin- Hyde Piano Company of Cleveland will provide piano experts and on-site support for services, including professional delivery, financing - including a special “Same as Cash Option”, and a follow-up technical service and warranties.
THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ATTEND THE SALE:
1. For first choice and best selection before the public sale, a private appointment can be arranged for Thursday, May 30 through Saturday, June 1 by calling 440-876-3448
2. A public sale will be held on Sunday, June 2 from 10am – 6pm. Appointments are recommended for all days to ensure an opportunity to enjoy and walk through all the specific instruments that are for sale.
The piano sale will benefit The Music Settlement by the continued support of the loan program. If you would like to own a fine piano, I hope that you will take advantage of this incredible opportunity for you and your family.
